Short downtime.

Apache (the webservin' software on the main webservin' webserver) crumpled under its own weight for a while. I manually brought it down, waited for the system to recollect itself, and restarted it.

We know about the bug, and are waiting to try out the patch which might fix it, so we shouldn't see that too often anymore.
