Database optimization

We will be performing maintenance on all of the database servers tonight, Thursday, Feb 06th, at 11:59 PM PST (Friday, February 7, 2003, 7:59 AM GMT). While this is happening, journals will be read-only for up to an hour, but probably closer to 30 minutes.

Update: This work is strictly maintenance and will not involve any code changes related to new posting restrictions.
