Site slowness.

Hey,

We're currently having an abnormal amount of hardware and software problems.

I need to wait for sherm to get to the NOC later tonight before we get enough servers back online to be fully stable.

However, this is also reaching into the paid service and causing slowness there. I will try to restore stability to the paid service within the next half hour.
