userpic issues.

userpics for paid (or maybe free) members might stop working occasionally. Every time the problem comes up and either brad or I are notified, it disappears before we get a chance to find it. I have been unsuccessfull at finding someone nice enough to give me good data on what's wrong.

So, it will take a while to get fixed, if at all (today, at least.)
