If you ever can't get to LiveJournal, or LiveJournal's really messed up, go to:

http://status.livejournal.com/

That page is on a server outside of LiveJournal and should always work.

Update: If you can't see it yet, that's because the DNS information hasn't propogated to your local DNS server yet. Give it a few hours.
